The Barangay LGU of San Roque, Esperanza, Masbate, through the Office of the Punong Barangay through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos and 13/100 (₱283,849.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall Phase 2 at Barangay San Roque, Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of SAN ROQUE-2025-08-001-GDS-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
