Description : 1. The Barangay LGU of Labangtaytay, Esperanza, Masbate, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and 76/100 (₱71,823.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall at Labangtaytay, Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of LABANGTAYTAY-2025-07-002-GDS-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
