1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the 20% CDF Current Appropriation FY
2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND
EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P267,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the
Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, cum Evacuation Center (Inst. Of Solar Panel) at Brgy.
Lamesa, Mogpog Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Mogpog now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of
