The Municipality of Jordan, through the 2025 MEO CO & 20 DF Continuing intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos Only (P395,368.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of materials for the Improvement of Jordan Wharf (Construction of Multi- Purpose Shed (Phase I)) with ITB No. 2025-044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
