INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE FABRICATION OF GIANT CHRISTMAS TREE, TUNNEL OF LIGHTS AND PURCHASE OF CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL COMPOUND

1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (Php660,435.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Fabrication of Giant Christmas Tree, Tunnel of Lights and Purchase of Christmas Decorations for Municipal Compound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
