1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos. (Php 2,452,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Expansion of Jamiatu Muslim Mindanao Gymnasium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Marawi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Expansion of Jamiatu Muslim Mindanao Gymnasium. Delivery shall be completed within Seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
