1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF FERROL, ROMBLON, through the GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS (PHP 476,111.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE EVENT DECORATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CUM LIVELIHOOD SKILLS TRAINING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF FERROL, ROMBLON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
