Description : The office of the Barangay Council of Barangay Población, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers/distributors to bid for the following projects:

Bid documents shall be available at the BAC office, Barangay Poblacion, Bayawan City, upon payment of a prescribed non-refundable fee.

Bidders shall drop their technical and financial proposals at the BAC Office, Barangay Poblacion, Bayawan City Negros Oriental on or before the deadline of submission of bids.

All particulars relative to the eligibility process, opening and evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the applicable provisions of RA 9184.
