INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONTINUATION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT CAMALANIUGAN PUBLIC CEMETERY

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty One Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Pesos (P681,415.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONTINUATION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT CAMALANIUGAN PUBLIC CEMETERY with an ITB#2025-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
