The Barangay LGU of Potingbato, Esperanza, Masbate, through the Office of the Punong Barangay through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos and 90/100 (₱70,930.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Stage Phase II at Barangay Potingbato, Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of POTINGBATO-2025-05-003-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
