SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE-STOREY TEEN CENTER FOR CANDELARIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (PHASE I)

1.The Municipality of Tapaz, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos(₱ 340,850.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of One-storey Teen Center, Candelaria National High School with ID No. 012-2025-I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
