The Local Government Unit of Talacogon, through the 20% Local Development Fund, had allocated the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP 710,375.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for THE Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Municipal Hall Extension) (P.R. NO. 18112532-40). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
