1. The Barangay 3 of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through the BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE (BAC) with the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND CY-2024-2025 as funding source intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FORTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY AND FORTY NINE CENTAVOS (PHP 1,045,190.49) being APPROVED BUDGET OF CONTRACT (ABC) to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BARANGAY 3, SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR. (ITEM DESCRIPTION BELOW) with CONTRACT NO. 2025-10-034. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on/at bid opening.
