Description : The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Nine Pesos (Php312, 209.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for project identification/solicitation number 385-4085-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
