Description : 1. The BLGU-HOBO, Camarines Sur invites any interested supplier to submit Quotations for the following :

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL

• Kindly download the RFQ for the complete specification.

2. Quotations must be submitted to the address below on or before 10:00 am. of JANUARY 9, 2025 at the Barangay Hall of HOBO, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Late Quotations shall not be accepted.

3. Kindly attach the following documents in your Price Quotation:
• DTI Permit/SEC Registration
• Mayor-s/Business Permit
• PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Income/Business Tax Return / Tax Clearance
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
