1. The Barangay Tres de Mayo, Digos City, Davao del Sur, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php 193,112.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Bleacher-s at Multi-Purpose Gym, Purok Santolan, Barangay Tres de Mayo, Digos City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
