1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Zillovia, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur through the 20% BLGU- BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND FY 2025 had allocated the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Construction Of Barangay Solar St. Light At Purok 6 To 5 Of Barangay Zillovia, Talacogon, ADS (BAC-BLGU-ZILLOVIA -TADS-2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
