ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY (RE-BID)

1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the 20% DF - 2025 intends to apply
the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
TWENTY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTY CENTS (PhP1,577,222.50) being the ABC to payments
under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY (RE-BID) / NJQ-GOODS-11-2025-073. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY(30) WORKING DAYS (WD). Bidders
should have completed, WITHIN TWO(2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of
