1. The LGU-Dingle, through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 5 - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos Only (₱518,335.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of 5-unit Septic Tank - PFK Light Village II, Sitio Talangago, Brgy. Pandan, Dingle Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Dingle now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of 5-unit Septic Tank - PFK Light Village II, Sitio Talangago, Brgy. Pandan, Dingle Iloilo. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon Receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
