1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the 20% CDF Current Appropriation FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS (P572,798.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Const/Rehab/Improvement of Waterworks System, Poblacion/Various Barangay (Rehabilitation of Main Pipelines from Sitio Tibag to Sitio Ibaba Sumangga, Mogpog). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
