1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF STA. MARIA, DAVAO OCCIDENTAL, through 20% LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT FUND C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five pesos (₱ 1,127,355.00) only being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials and Supplies for the Water Resource Development Program 2025 of the Municipal Government of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental which will be implemented BY ADMINISTRATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
