12.The Barangay Government of Matanao utilizes the amount from FY 2025 20% BDF in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 429,000.00) for the procurement of materials and fuel for the construction of retaining wall and perimeter fence with gate at Brgy. Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D No. 04-2025 with an ABC of Three Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos & 00/100 (Php 348,568.00) . Bids received in excess of the ABC Lot 2and 3 shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
