1. The Department of Education, (DepEd) Division of Cebu Province, through the DRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos (P 7,604,764.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials and Equipment for NC2. BIDS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
