The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability signed by MAJ SALVADOR S VALENZUELA JR (CE) PA, AC of S for Financial Management, G10, 54EBde, PA noted by BGEN DARWIN F HERNANDEZ PA, Commander, 54EBde, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment Number 5400-2025-0699 dated 27 August 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos only (PhP5,571,983.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Material for One (1) Unit Earth Covered Magazine for 115FSSU at Barangay Tubig-Puti, Luuk, Sulu with Bid Reference No. 11ID SBAC 011-25.
