REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MASTER ROLL AND INK, FII TYPE, BLACK FOR DUPLICATING MACHINE

The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers to submit quotation for the above-mentioned project with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to:

1. Supply and delivery of Master Roll - Php45,000.00, and
2. Supply and delivery of Ink, FII, Type Black - Php21,600.00.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information from Admin. Unit of Pag-IBIG Fund Solano Branch starting SEPTEMBER 12, 2025.

A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Unit starting SEPTEMBER 12, 2025.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
