INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MASS TRANSPORT VEHICLE (UTILITY VAN) FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, LEYTE
PB-N0. 07-25

1. The Municipality of Jaro through the 5% LDRRMF 2022-2023 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,250,000.00) ONLY. Being the ABC under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MASS TRANSPORT VEHICLE (UTILITY VAN) for the municipality of Jaro, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jaro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
