1) The Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) through the Special General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 (Continuing Funds) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 11,927,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of MARPOL Equipment for Marine Environmental Protection Enforcement and Response Group Eastern Visayas (MEPERG EV) 2nd Posting with Project ID No. MEPCOM- BID07-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
