Description : Item Specification Quantity
Driver a. Has finished at least High School.
b. Not less than 21 years old at the time of assignment to the Corporation under this contract.
c. Of good moral character, as certified by the Barangay and the police district concerned and the NBI; and,
d. Must have undergone drug test and found to be free from tetrahydrocannabinol, methamphetamine hydrochloride and other prohibited substances. Certification shall be given to LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation (LLFC);
e. Drivers must be a holder of a Professional Drivers- License;
f. Physically and mentally fit, as indicated in a neuro-psychiatric clearance from a DOH-accredited institution. If the present Service Provider comes out as the winning bidder, the neuro-psychiatric clearance will only be required for new personnel. The clearance on file of the existing personnel shall be made available to LLFC for reference.
g. Work hours: Minimum of 8 hours a day at 5 days a week with possible overtime 8
