Request for Quotation for
Supply and Delivery of Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits

1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Pesos (P 451,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of the Goods is required by five (5) calendar days.

3. Procurement Documents may be acquired by interested Suppliers from October 21 to 23, 2025, from the address given below during office hours and it may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website.
