Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Maintenance Supplies for Swimming Pool at Sports Complex, Iba, Zambales
1.The Provincial Government of Zambales, through the General Fund C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,862,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Maintenance Supplies for Swimming Pool at Sports Complex, Iba, Zambales/Goods 55-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Provincial Government of Zambales now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty-One (21) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
