REFRIGERATED MEDS/VACCINES MUST BE STORED INSIDE A VACCINE CARRIER WITH THE TEMPERATURE OF 2-8 DEGREE CELSIUS DELIVERY.

MUST BE DELIVER WITH IN FIFTEEN ( 15 ) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF PO
