1. Scope of Work:
The work to be performed shall consist of all activities, including configuration, coordination, and supervision for the supply and delivery of food and beverage production Equipment for Social Enhancement Nurturing Program for Youth and Adult Deaf Society in Carmona, Cavite Inc., including but not limited to:
• Delivery and installation of Equipment within fourteen (14) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.
• Supervision of testing of Equipment at supplier-s cost.
