1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2023 Corn Program intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 25,240,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 05-GOODS-CORN-2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is allowed.
