Terms and conditions:
- vaccinated against hemorrhagic septicemia
diseases, caprine arthritis encephalitis virus
laboratory negative result (CAE-Test &
brucella test), should be dewormed 2 wks
prior to delivery, veterinary health certificate
duly signed by government license
veterinarian, free from any communicable
disease and deformities, animal shall be
delivered at COAFTC with eartags,
replacement of stock in case of death
within 3 days upon receipt, mortality of
animals 3 days after delivery (starting on
the following day) shall be replaced based
on the government license veterinarian
diagnosis and recommendation, end-user
with the CGSO representative shall conduct
selection of animals prior to the delivery
