  Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIVE CHICKENS, AND POULTRY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR LGU-BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR
  
  1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Chicken Multiplier Farm Project intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 100,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Live Chickens, and Poultry Supplies and Equipment for LGU-Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
