- Submission of report of analysis/official result of %Alumina Content meeting the required minimum 9.0 w/w from a DOH Accredited Laboratory, analyzed within the last three (3) months from bid opening.
During Delivery:
-Payment of laboratory testing (% Alumina Content) per delivery shall be borne by the supplier which shall be deducted from the monthly billing payments. SANWAD will submit random sample taken from delivered item to DOH -accredited laboratory.
