Instruction to Bidders:
1. Criteria of bid evaluation to be used is Most Advantageous Bid (MAB)
*MARB - Most Advantageous and Responsive Bid, only the technical proposals shall be opened and be secured by the BAC
until the specefied time of their opening as indicated in the Request for Quotation. Only the financial proposals of the bidders
who have met the highest technical score for MARB shall be opened on April 14, 2026
2. Bidders must submit "ANNEX A" (Criteria for Bid Evaluation) together with the Product Brochure/technical Specifications of the
offered item/product and with the following documentary requirements;
A. Mayors Permit/Business Permit - Valid and Current
B. Proof of Philgeps Registration Number
C. Latest Income Tax Return
D. Notarized Omnibus sworn statement
NOTE: Bidders who failed to comply in any of the required technical specifications including the Add Ons shall be automatically
disqualified.
