Description : The Department of Education - Schools Division of Ilocos Sur is in need of Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Life Vest for the Learners of Calawaan Elementary School with the following details:

Administrative Arrangement:
1. If item found not in accordance with the technical specification during the inspection, it shall not be accepted.
2. Replacement of defective items within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
3. A logo sticker of Bagong Pilipinas, DepEd, and DRRMS shall be placed on the item, and the winning bidder shall coordinate with the program owner about the design.
