  1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the SAAD- 2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (P39,923,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Layer Chicken (coupled w/egg machine) and Feeds; and Various Feeds”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, undertakes the bidding of this procurement project as “short-of-award.” Hence, the Notice of Award to the winning bidder shall be issued after enactment by the Congress of the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for 2025.
