1. The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council, through the 2024 GAA Continuing Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos and Thirty-Five Centavos (Php 1,355,430.35) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laptops, Ultrabooks and Desktop Computers for the JJWC National Secretariat (2024 GAA Continuing Fund) composed of 5 Items.

2. The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council now invites technically, financially, and legally capable supplier for the aforementioned procurement.
