Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS FOR THE PROVINCIAL STATISTICAL OFFICE (PSO) OF BATANES

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP170,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops for the Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Batanes.

Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the project hereunder. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on the Supply and Delivery of Laptops within the period 2022 to 2024 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.
