INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND PRINTER TO BE USED IN MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE

1. The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the Capital Outlay 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 130,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND PRINTER TO BE USED IN MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE under Project Identification No. LGU-PI-2025-01-05PB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
