OS: OEM Preloaded with built-in recovery for OS, drivers and utilities
Warranty: Three (3) Years on both parts and labor from authorized service centers with global repair
coverage.
One (1) year on Batteries.
Supplier shall response within 48 hours for any technical assistance/support either telephone call or
email and 96 hours if actual site visit is necessary upon verbal/written notification by the end-user
agency
The supplier shall guarantee the availability of replacement of batteries and power supplies for at least
5years.
