II. PROPOSED DATE AND VENUE
In compliance with Republic Act No. 9184 and Republic Act 12009, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and New Government Procurement Act respectively, the procurement activity is proposed to be conducted within the calendar year of 2025 through small value procurement process.
