  FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos Only (Php2,065,655.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital (Ref. No. 055-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of laboratory supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
