1. The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only [Php11,248,500.00], being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the total cost of each lot to be bid out, and the following Lot Numbers 1 to 7, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item:
