The complete schedule of activities will be as follows:

2. Issuance of Bidding Documents - January 27 to February 14, 2025;
3. Pre-Bid Conference - February 4, 2025;
4. Deadline of submission of bids - February 17, 2025 @ 10:00AM;
5. Opening of Bids - February 17, 2025 @ 10:00AM.

All particulars relative to procurement process shall be conducted in accordance with RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Reform Procurement Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Php 500.00 to the cashier of the Municipal Treasurer's Office.

The Municipal Government of Angadanan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bids.
