INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SOFTWARE FOR BSCE PROGRAM OF THE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING UEP MAIN CAMPUS

1. The UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN PHILIPPINES, through the Regular Agency Fund - Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (RAF - MOOE) intends to apply the sum of 1,698,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SOFTWARE FOR BSCE PROGRAM OF THE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING UEP MAIN CAMPUS/ITB No. Goods 2025-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) Year.
