Single-Year Framework Agreement

1) The Provincial Government of Sarangani, through AB 2026/TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-One Pesos & Fifty Centavos (₱100,956,751.50), Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents Service Package for the Province of Sarangani (Sarangani Provincial Hospitals) (GOODS-FA-2026-04), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract per LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Sarangani now invites bids Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents Service Package for the Province of Sarangani (Sarangani Provincial Hospitals) (GOODS-FA-2026-04), using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB).
