Terms and Conditions:
Winning bidder must provide a fully automated Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) machine.
1. Shall be LIS ready.
2. Shall provide own UPS with AVR.
3. Shall provide a back-up machine.
4. Shall provide FREE Quality control- trilevel.
5. Can perform the following ABG parameters: pH, PCO2, PO2, HCO3, TCO2, BE-b, SO2 and computed FIO2.
6. Machine can show reagent level.
7. Provide a copy of valid Certificate of Product Registration/ Certificate of Exemption/License to Operate for Medical Device, whichever is applicable.
8. Shelf life: At least 12 months upon delivery
9. Supplier shall provide a guarantee letter if the reagent delivered is less than 12 months and will comply for the replacement of longer expiry.
10. Provide the consumables for FREE.
